Max2

January 20, 2007 - Max was adopted today by Don & Marilyn and their rottie girl Sarah. Max will spend his days lounging in front of the wood stove and playing with toys from the toy box.

This wonderful rottie man was surrendered by his family because they were moving. At 5 yrs old, Max was already settled in his ways, and was devastated. Max spent time in an urban shelter where he picked up a variety of airborne viruses, was treated for them, and is now 100% happy and healthy. Max misses his home, his family and his daily routine and hopes to find that in his new family. He is currently in foster care with 7 other dogs and two cats (tho he must be separated from them - NO kitties for Max). He is completely house trained, crate trained, and loves to ride in the car. Max plays for hours with his toys (and doesn't destroy them!) and stays off of the furniture. He walks very nicely on lead, knows several commands and can give "HIGH FIVE". Max is a sweet guy who wants his own home.
