Tiger

July 27, 2008 - Marc and Grace write: "Mater is doing wonderfully as a member of our family. He loves to go on walks and rides in the car to take our daughter to school. Loves to hang out in the backyard and chew on his toys or to chase airplane trails, crazy huh?? He got over the kitty issue relatively quickly, he now considers them part of his pack and gives them doggie kisses on a daily basis. He is truly a wonderful dog with such a sweet personality, he just wants to be petted and loved. We love him dearly."

February 3, 2007 - Tiger was adopted by Marc, Grace & Megan of New Hampshire. Grace writes: "Mater (aka Tiger) is doing great. The cats on the other hand are a little on edge. They have both puffed up and hissed and spit at him a few times. He hasn't reacted to them too much. More curious than anything, no aggressiveness at all. I'm sure everyone will come around in a couple of days. The cats are already expanding their territory. Time will tell. Mater has definitely still got some puppy in him. He's funny to watch jump around in the snow. Crazy dog! So far, so good though."

I'm a Manhattan Mutt!

My name is Tiger, I'm a young male Rottie and these are my needs:

  • -A forever home beginning NOW!
  • -A soft couch or big 'ole easy chair where I can rest and watch tv, especially Deal or No Deal
  • -A female Rottie companion would be ideal
  • -A family who keeps their garbage within a cabinet or somewhere that won't tempt me to explore it
  • -People who want lots of love from me and will give me lots of love in return
  • -A cat-free family without cat visitors
  • -Someone to admire my exceptional good looks and overall appropriate manners
  • -And lastly, for now, a human leg to lean on when I just can't help but do the Rottie lean of love:)

Tiger's foster family says that he's clumsy with their toddler, but not ill mannered with him at all (kids over 6 should be fine). He is crate trained, house trained, and he has nice manners all around. Tiger's ready to go ladies and gents! Let's find him a home.
