Ebony

January 19, 2007 - Ebony was adopted by Larry & Kelly from NH and their rottie girl. Fully recovered from pneumonia, Ebony now has a house in the country and walks several miles each day with her mom.

Eighteen month old Ebony was surrendered because she was 'too big for the apartment'. Aquired as a puppy, Ebony has grown to a 90 lb+ rottie and will fill out to be about 100 lbs. Correctly marked & docked, this very pretty girl has nice house manners & likes her crate. Having been treated for pneumonia since leaving the shelter, she also has shown wonderful behavior at the vet. Ebony has lived with a yorkie and lives with other dogs in her foster home. She is appropriate with the small dogs, but would prefer to be the only large FEMALE in the house. Ebony is quite exhuberant and loves life. Because of this, she can be clumsy and not appropriate with kids under 10. Ebony will protect her food and high-value toys from other dogs (but NOT PEOPLE).  Care should be taken to avoid conflict. Please fill out our adoption application if you are interested in any of our dogs

Ebony is a Manhattan Mutt and is proudly sponsored by Conrad, a NYCACC Alum.
