April 6, 2011 - Kyle, Josh and Asher write: "Lola continues to be a wonderful addition to our family. She is still a ball of energy and loves to play with her new little brother. She is the best big sister to her little brother, Asher. Asher adores Lola and Lola is so affectionate and patient with him. She is our second pitbull (but first rescue) and she continues to amaze and remind everyone she meets what a wonderful and loyal breed they are!!"
October 17, 2008 - Lola was adopted by Kyle and Josh from New Hampshire. Kyle writes: "Lola is great! Tomorrow is her first vet appt and next week we meet with a trainer. She really is doing so well and we are so happy. This weekend we went to the beach and she was in and out of the water all morning. I have attached some pictures. This weekend I will try to get a good one of her outside and send it to you. She loves walks and meeting all the new dogs in town. This weekend she met the last 2 "cousins" and was great. So far so good and we think it will just get keep getting better and better. "
Gorgeous, redhead in search of a long lasting, meaningful relationship. I like basking in the sun, taking long walks, sleeping in late, riding in the car, cuddling in bed, belly rubs, chewing on Nylabones, and marrow bones!!
I’m approximately 3-4 years old and I weigh 61 lbs. I’m up to date on all vaccinations, micro chipped, spayed, and I am Heartworm negative. I take monthly medication for fleas and a heartworm preventative.
I have good house manners. I have never had an “accident” in the house the 14 months I have been here. I like to play hard, but then I crash and burn! I know how to “sit”, “kennel” and “wait”, but I’m sure I could benefit from some obedience classes. Like most other Pit Bulls, I snore, have really stinky gas, do zoomies around the yard, and I’m intensely loyal.
I had never been introduced to other animals to play with, before I came here, but now I get along well with my male Rottie brother , his little brother an English Bulldog, and his sister, an Old English Bulldog, plus all the fosters that come to visit in the program!! I haven’t been around any children long term, but other than being a jealous klutz, I don’t think it would be a problem.
I’m a great dog, and a most excellent cuddler! I have a gorgeous coat that is red with lots of flashy gold brindle. I just shine in the sun. Do you need some sunshine in your life?
