Clyde

May 6, 2007 - Anne writes: "Well, it has been an eventful couple of weeks getting Louie adjusted to his new home. We absolutely adore him. He is growing at a remarkable rate.. a couple a pounds per week. He weighs about 18# now.  The first week we had some trouble getting him to eat. ML has invited the neighbor lab pup, who is just a few weeks older than Louie, to come over for a play date. They wrestle around and tire each other out. Louie goes for long walks and take afternoon naps in the sun in the backyard. Life is good if you are Louie. We are looking around for a puppy kindergarten now. I think he needs something to think about. He is a little mouthy , biting, and we are working on that. Do you have any secrets? am remembering how tough it is to be the mother of a new baby. He needs lots of attention, but I miss him when I'm at work. I am not very computer savy, so I'll ask Tom to send a picture soon. ~ Love, Anne"
