Carolina

December 28, 2007 - Lexie writes: "Izzie finished her puppy kindergarten at the top of her tiny class, and is now starting agility training. I don't think we have any plans to compete--just have fun.

She is a very smart little girl, eager to please. We just finished with a houseful of Christmas company, and she was thoroughly wonderful with new people, kids, and babies.

Her bestest dog buddy is Archie, a 15 month old Mastiff. Izzie is on the small side, just 50# at 6 months, so we sometimes call them Peanut and Galoot.

I lost three older dogs to old age maladies in just over a year, and these two are helping my heart to heal. My previous dogs were big favorites at their Veterinary Hospital, and these two are making a warm place in everyone's hearts for themselves.

We are all so happy that little Izzie came into our lives."

September 29, 2007 - Carolina, now Izzie-Lizzie was adopted by Bill and Lexie.

Success Story Links

Carolina was born in mid June 2007. She has a big personality and a lot of spunk. This pretty lady is very sweet and loving and has bold ambitions. Carolina has lived with cats and large dogs, and is NOT APPROPRIATE for small dogs. She also will protect her toys from the other dogs -- a behavior that can be worked out by the right family -- and should not be placed with young children. Experienced rottweiler owner required.
