Sadie

My adoption fee has been waived. I need a forever home, a forever couch, and forever love.

Sadie come out of the crate like a rocket, then trots gracefully around the house and suddenly run out of steam flopping heavily on the floor. Anything that is stuffed she will unstuff. She likes to sleep with enough blankets to make a nest to curl up in but would prefer curling up in any available lap. Sadie has played well with children over 10 but does not do well with other dogs and has not been cat tested.

On 5/23/08, police officers seized Sadie when raiding on alleged crack house. No one was home, except Sadie. They brought this friendly 60 pound gal into rescue. We estimate that Sadie is around 6 years old. She's a really nice dog, walks nicely on a leash, and is most certainly house trained. She's a super human-friendly gal, very loving. She enjoys petting all over and rolls on her back in contentment. She knows basic commands and is just a very content well natured senior dog. Sadie is a Manhattan Mutt.
