February 16, 2011 - Penny writes: "Just wanted to update you on Ramsey...he graduated a 7 wk Basic Pet Program on 1/24/11 at American K9 Country, Amherst, NH. We are thinking of a few other programs for him since he has so much energy!!  Agility might be next.  The instructors really seemed to like him, as they have told us he is very smart!!  We have taught him a new trick "Paw", other than the sit, down, stay, with me, and he gives hugs! He has filled out nicely with good food and treats!!!  He is a good boy!!  He loves to be with people!!"

September 7, 2010 - Ramsey was adopted by Penny & Paul from New Hampshire. Penny writes: "Here is Ramsey at the dog park (1st pic) running after a tennis ball...loves to run!!  Several people have commented on how beautiful his face is and what a good natured dog he is, they can't believe he is a rescue/adopted pet.  Plus they can't believe he is a Rotti! We are enjoying him alot!!!  So glad we got him!!!"

Ramsey was surrendered as his owner had no time for a pet anymore. He has a great owner surrender profile and is said to be good with men, women, children and other dogs. Ramsey is beautiful although he could gain a few pounds to fill out his frame. His markings are gorgeous and his face very expressive. Just look at that smile. He does love caresses and is quite affectionate. Ramsey has appropriate manners, walks well on leash and knows "four-on-the-floor". He seems to be housetrained as also revealed by his owner. Ramsey is a stunning dog. Don't wait too long to meet him!

Ramsey will arrive in New Hampshire in late August. He is a Manhattan Mutt.
