July 8, 2011 - Prince was adopted by Diane & Mike and their rottie Jazzy (a Katrina girl)

Prince was turned in to an urban New York shelter by his owner with another rottie. This big mush is very very sweet, his personality captivating volunteers for the last several weeks. Prince is 99 lbs of pure love and mush, is social with other dogs and appears cat-friendly. He is gentle and has appropriate leash manners. His initial eval indicates that he guards his food (which is indicative of every rottie that comes from this shelter, so we take it with a grain of salt). He is a Manhattan Mutt.
