December 17, 2011 - Karl was adopted by Loretta and Chuck and family. Loretta writes: "Karl is the best. For a Southern boy, he has fit right in the north. He loves the cold weather and the snow. He is a southern gentelman and has been great with his 3 three girls. The only problem is stuffed animals if the kids drop them on the ground and forget them, its far game and Karl thinks there his. We have had many stuffed animals given to the dog and many that we have learned all to quickly not to leave lying on the floor, those would be the ones that we treasure. Karl walked in the door and in that moment he was part of the family and are forever dog. We love him."

This adorable 2-3 year old rottie man was found a stray in South Carolina. Karl is very sweet, loving, and friendly with other animals. He loves to ride in the car and is a perfect gentleman as a passenger. Karl knows sit, and is very strong on lead. He is in foster care with a young child and is excellent with her. Karl is house trained, crate trained, and was a perfect gentleman at a recent meet & greet event. Running for mayor, he was seen kissing babies. Kids of all ages and dogs of all sizes.
