Caesar was returned to the shelter after living with his family for 3 years because they couldn't afford to feed him :(. This 80 lb rottie guy his happy and has a perfect evaluation and now wants a home FOREVER. Caesar is currently living with cats and is small dog safe. This guy loves belly rubs and is sweeter than sweet. Kids over 10 (he's rough taking treats... sorry) Everyone who has met him LOVES him. How about you?
