Rubia

Rubia is approximately 3 years old and a very sweet and affectionate girl. She does well with most other dogs after a slow introduction but can be a little excitable at first. She is a medium energy dog, crate trained, up to date on her shots and ready for her forever home. Rubia would make a good family dog and just needs a little TLC and polish work on her obedience training, but is a great loyal companion that you can take anywhere.

Rubia was surrendered to an urban NYC shelter because of "landlord" issues. Her owners provided a complete surrender profile, indicating that she's lived with children under 13, other dogs and cats. They indicated that she's house trained, and that she knows some basic commands. Please fill out our adoption application if you are interested in any of our dogs
