Lace
September 3, 2004 - Pauline, John, Jake and Harley felt that Lace was the perfect addition to their home. Today she went to live with them all on top of their hillside, overlooking the seacoast. Pauline writes: "Lace is doing well this morning. I think she missed you last night... she kept asking to go out and she'd go right to the spot where the van was parked! She slept in her crate without a peep, after a few initial whines. Today she willingly played with Harley, although she will never be able to catch him" .
September 20, 2004 update - Pauline says: Lace easily fit right in. She's been on synflex for a while and can jump/run a bit more. She gets along with everyone, including kitty. She loves to go for rides too.
April 2005 update - Lace & Harley are in obedience school. Jake trains Lace - it's a great learning & bonding experience for both the trainer & trainee! Lace is a perfect angel at daycare, she gets along with all the dogs (unlike her brother!). Lace has started attending Jake's baseball practices with us too - she gets lots of attention from all the kids there. She is very well behaved and a welcome addition!

Lace
Lace was surrendered for no good reason. She is three years old, and LOVES people. Lace is wonderful with with dogs of all sizes/genders. At 80#, she is very people focused and food motivated. She knows basic commands, and is good with small animals. She can probably live harmoniously with cats. Her owner said she was house trained when she was surrendered.
