Gunnar

February 6, 2005 - Gunnar was adopted today by Leslie & Mike and their family. He will be working hard at his obedience training and will show the world what a wonderful breed he represents!

Gunnar

Gunner's story is all too familiar. This six month-old boy was purchased by an apartment dweller who failed to notify his landlord, and "the landlord wants him out"! Obviously this Manhattanite grew too large for his home, and luckily was accepted by rescue. Gunner is a gangly young man who is both people-focused and food-motivated!! He is housebroken and loves to walk on the leash. Friendly with other dogs, Gunner is now learning to share his toys and food with them. Gunner is a good boy, and has NO food aggression or resource guarding issues with people. He is looking for a 'forever' family who will take him to obedience classes and help him to become the great companion he was always destined to be.
