Ms Lucy

June 17, 2005 - Ms. Lucy joined Ann, Kim, Tigger the kitty and the horses today and completed her family. Ann & Kim spent hours with Ms. Lucy one night at PetsMart, and we all knew the match was made in heaven. Lucy has earned many privileges quickly in the house and is working hard on her training. Kim writes:

"What a wonderful dog she is. She has fit right in and looks forward to her twice daily walks and play time in the paddock. She has now gained priviledges to be upstairs and sleeps on the floor in our bedroom through the night. So this has meant less crate time and would like to think at some point she could be in the house for short periods of time without being crated. Overall doing really well, greets people on the street well and is very, very, very loving. Wants to play with the cat and the cat isn't quite sure, but they are doing well together. She still gets riled up seeing other dogs but once distracted from them she calms down. What a love she is an a wonderful addition to our home."

Ms. Lucy

This pretty 3 year old rottie girl left her urban life for the "good life" in the country. Ms. Lucy gets along well with other dogs, is disinterested in cats, and is social with people. She appears house trained and crate trained. This large-framed girl apparently disliked her confinement and is about 20 lbs. underweight - a situation that we can correct. Ms. Lucy is excited to find a family that she can bond with, and who's members will take her on their lives' adventures.
